You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Tubetific provides YouTube channel analytics, content research, and creative tooling intended to help creators plan and evaluate video content. The Service may connect to your YouTube channel via Google's OAuth consent flow, subject to the permissions you explicitly grant. Some analysis and content suggestions are generated using third-party AI models; these are offered as research aids and creative starting points, not as guarantees of any outcome (views, revenue, rankings, or otherwise).
If you connect a YouTube channel, you separately remain bound by YouTube's own Terms of Service and Google's YouTube API Services Terms of Service. Tubetific accesses your channel data read-only, strictly within the scopes you authorize, and in accordance with Google's API Services User Data Policy (see our Privacy Policy for what we collect and how it's used). You can revoke Tubetific's access at any time from your Google Account permissions page.
Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, as selected at checkout) through our third-party payment processor. Prices and plan limits are as displayed at the time of purchase and may change with notice for future billing cycles. You may cancel a subscription at any time from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you retain access to paid features until then.
You agree not to: use the Service to violate YouTube's or Google's own terms or policies; attempt to circumvent usage limits, rate limits, or plan restrictions; scrape, reverse-engineer, or resell access to the Service without our written consent; use the Service to generate content that is unlawful, infringing, or intended to deceive viewers or platforms (e.g. fabricated engagement, misleading metadata); or interfere with the security or normal operation of the Service.
We retain all rights to the Service itself — its software, design, and underlying technology. You retain all rights to the content you create using the Service (titles, scripts, thumbnails, and similar outputs) and to your own channel data. You grant us a limited license to process your data solely to provide the Service to you.
The Service, including any AI-generated analysis or suggestions, is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that any recommendation, prediction, or piece of generated content will improve your channel's performance, and we are not responsible for decisions you make based on the Service's output.

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you materially violate these Terms, including the Acceptable Use section above, and will make reasonable efforts to notify you of the reason where practical.
